2 x Additional Numbers replaced by Super Number Only
Basically prior to the Lotto 6 aus 49 changes on May 4th 2013 - 2 additional numbers were drawn for each game as well as the 6 main lottery numbers - these were the Bonus Number and the Super Number. The Bonus Number has been dropped and it will now just be the Super Number - between 0 and 9 - that will be drawn for each game. This means that as well as choosing 6 main numbers from 1 to 49 - players will also need to choose a Super Number between 0 to 9. The removal of the Bonus Number from the Lotto 6 aus 49 game and the retention of the Super Number means that the odds of winning the German Lotto have just got even better.
Introduction of a 9th Prize Category
There will now be even more prizes to be won on the Lotto 6aus49 due to an extra prize level being added to the 8 eight categories already part of its game structure.
This new 9th prize level gives players yet another chance of winning by correctly matching just 2 of the main numbers plus the Super number - meaning that there will be more prizes to be won than ever before on the Lotto 6aus49.
