FAQs –FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Firstly, as we do not actually own or operate any lotteries or lottery syndicates, the best place to find the answer you are looking for will probably be in the FAQ (Help) section on the website of the Lottery, Lottery Agent or Syndicate that you are using.
If you are unable to find what you are looking for there, we will do our very best to answer your question or questions for you.
You can use the form at the bottom of the page to ask your question which we will add to this section of the website if it is appropriate and especially if the answer would be useful for other readers.

Q: I have received a letter saying I’ve won a lottery prize without me even playing – will this be a scam?
A: Yes, we believe that the letter you have received will indeed be a lottery scam. In our experience and to our soundest knowledge, there is no lottery out there that you can win without your participation. It is inconceivable that a letter received from someone claiming to be a lottery organization and telling you that you have won something even though you hadn’t taken part will be anything other than fraudulent and almost certainly will not be genuine. Lottery scams are out there and new ones unfortunately do appear from time to time. We will do our best to warn you of any new lottery scams that we discover – these lottery scammers can be very clever and we would not wish any of our readers to be caught out by them.
