Pan Malaysia Pools – Da Ma Cai
The Pan Malaysian Pools is owned by Tanjong plc and – along with the Magnum Corporation and Sports Toto Malaysia – is one of the main Toto Malaysia companies offering both Malaysia 4D and 3D Malaysia games. It was launched on July 4th 1988.
The Pan Malaysia Pools is often referred to simply as PMP and is also known as either Da Ma Cai – or 大马彩 – literally translating from Mandarin into English as the “Pan Malaysian Lottery”.
DaMacai is also the only primary Malaysia Toto company – along with Sabah 88 – that also offers players games of 3D Malaysia.
We are now going to see exactly what the Da Ma Cai and Pan Malaysia Pools portfolio has to offer and look at just how to participate in their Malsysia Toto games.
1 3D – DaMaCai 4D – PMP 4D
The most popular toto offered by Da Ma Cai (大马彩) – the Pan
Malaysia Pools – is the 1 +3D. This is their own Malaysia 4D game which is
also referred to as the DaMaCai 4D, PMP 4D, Damacai 1 3D and Da Ma Cai 4D. It is a typical Toto Malaysia game of 4 Digits and works in very much the same way as does the
Magnum 4D and the Sports Toto 4D.
With
the DaMaCai 1 3D – you pick any 4 numbers from 0 to 9 to
create a number of 4 Digits that ranges from 0000 to 9999. You will win a prize on this Toto Malaysia if your chosen 4 Digit number matches one or more of the winning PMP 4D numbers drawn.
There
are 23 winning DaMaCai 1 3D numbers drawn in every 1 +
3D game. From these – there are 1st, 2nd and 3rd Prize numbers plus 10
Starter Prize numbers and 10 Consolation Prize numbers.
You
can choose to play the Da Ma Cai 4D using either the “ABC” (BIG) Forecast
or “A” (SMALL) Forecast with a minimum RM1 bet.
To
explain this briefly – the “ABC” (BIG) Forecast gives you much better
odds of winning a 1 + 3D cash prize – whereas the “A” (SMALL) Forecast will allow you to
win bigger cash prizes.
Using the “BIG” Forecast – you are playing for the entire 23 different 1 3D
prize categories – with the “SMALL” Forecast you are playing for just the top 3 prize categories – 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
The
top prize offered on the DaMaCai 1 3D by playing with the minimum bet of
RM1 using the “BIG” Forecast is RM 2,500 – whereas the top prize to be
won for the same stake and playing with the “SMALL” Forecast is the higher amount of RM 3,500.
DaMaCai – the Pan Malaysia Pools – draws the PMP 4D three times each
week on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays at 7.00pm from either the Penang Turf

DMC 3D – DaMaCai 3D – 3D PMP
The second of the Toto Malaysia games to look at from the Pan Malaysia
Pools and Da Ma Cai is their game of 3 Digits – known as 3D PMP or DMC 3D.
With the DMC 3D – you pick any 3 numbers from 0 to 9 to create a number that is comprised of 3 Digits and ranges from 000 to 999.
There
are 3 prize categories available on the PMP 3D – 1st prize, 2nd prize
and 3rd prize – and the winning 3D numbers will be based on the
last 3 Digits of the winning numbers of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd
prizes of the above mentioned DaMaCai 1 3D game.
You
can also play the 3D PMP using the same two types of bet – “ABC”
(BIG) or “A” (SMALL). Playing with a "BIG" bet means you have a better chance of winning as you are playing for all 3 of the prize categories whilst playing with a "SMALL" bet you can win a bigger prize but you are playing only for the 1st prize category.
The biggest prize to be won on the DMC 3D is RM 660 which is won by achieving a 1st Prize win playing with an "SMALL" bet.
Playing with the "BIG" bet – the prizes you can win are RM 250 for the 1st prize, RM 210 for 2nd prize and RM 150 for the 3rd prize.
You
play the 3D PMP using a minimum bet of RM 1 and the Pan Malaysia
Pools conduct the drawing 3 times every week on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays at 7.00pm – with Special Draws being held normally on 2 Tuesdays throughout the month.
1 3D Jackpot – DaMaCai 4D Jackpot
Da Ma Cai launched a new Toto Malaysia game on November 24th 2012 – a jackpot version of their already popular 1 3D Toto – the 1 3D Jackpot.
The whole reason behind Pan Malaysia Pools creating the 1 3D Jackpot was to offer players an exciting Malaysia Toto game that would produce larger jackpots and with no upper prize limit.
The difference here to playing the standard 1 3D is that you need to select a pair of different numbers both comprised of 4 Digits ranging from 0000 to 9999 and with no Big or Small Forecasts.
There are 5 separate prize categories and the winning 1 3D Jackpot numbers are based on the 23 numbers in the 1 3D draw.
The 1st prize category is called Jackpot 1 and offers a minimum prize of RM 2 MILLION which will rollover onto the next draw when there are no winners making for huge prizes to be won.
To win the 1 3D Jackpot 1 prize – your chosen pair of 4 Digit numbers will need to successfully match any 2 of the 1st, 2nd or 3rd prize winning numbers in the main DaMaCai 1 3D draw.
The 2nd largest prize to be won is the Jackpot 2 which is a minimum of RM 100,000 and also has no upper limit – also increasing in size by rollover for every draw that has no winners.
To win the 1 3D Jackpot 2 prize – your selected pair of 4 Digit numbers must correctly match any 1 of the 1st, 2nd or 3rd prize winning numbers plus any 1 of the 10 Starter prize winning numbers that were drawn in the main DaMaCai 1 3D drawing.
The 3rd winning category offers a prize of RM 168 if just 1 of your pair of 4 Digit numbers matches any 1 of the 1st, 2nd or 3rd prize winning numbers from the main drawing of the Da Ma Cai 4D.
To win a 4th category prize of RM 68 – 1 of your pair of 1 3D Jackpot 4 Digit numbers will need to successfully match 1 of the 10 Starter prize winning numbers in the main 1 3D drawing.
Lastly – for a prize on the 5th category of RM 28 – you will need to correctly match 1 of your pair of 4 Digit numbers with 1 of the 10 Consolation winning prize numbers in the main draw of the 1 3D.
The biggest 1 3D Jackpot win to date has been the massive amount of RM 30,206,192.80 on December 15th 2013 won in Jalan Gasing by a Chinese DaMaCai player from Kuala Lumpur.
The 2nd largest 1 3D Jackpot win so far was when a man from Perak scooped a huge RM 21,092,245.90 on April 27th 2013.
3D Jackpot – DaMaCai Jackpot 3D
On March 13th 2013 Da Ma Cai introduced another toto jackpot game – the 3D Jackpot – which is a jackpot version of their long-standing 3D PMP game.
The 3D Jackpot provides players the opportunity to play their favourite DMC 3D game and for much bigger prizes.
Initially – the 3D Jackpot was played with 2 sets of 3 Digit numbers but this was changed on January 17th 2015 to the current format of the game in which you play using 3 sets of 3 Digit numbers.
So – when you play the DMC 3D Jackpot you need to pick 3 sets of numbers each comprised of 3 Digits from the range 000 to 999.
The 3D Jackpot results are based upon the latest DMC 3D result for that same draw date.
The big differences between the 3D Jackpot and the standard DMC 3D game – are that with the 3D Jackpot you do not play using "BIG" or "SMALL" bets and the fact that this Jackpot version offers a jackpot prize that will rollover and has no upper limit.
This means that for every draw that the 3D Jackpot has no top prize winners the jackpot – which starts off at RM 600,000 – will keep increasing in size until a top prize winner is found.
Prior to the game change in January 2015 – the largest 3D Jackpot top prize won had been RM 293,887.40 which was won on March 2nd 2014. As at the time of writing in April 2015 – this record has been shattered and the biggest 3D Jackpot top prize has risen to RM 1.45 Million with a winner still waiting to be found.
You can play the DMC 3D Jackpot for a minumum bet of RM 2 and the draw is made by Pan Malaysia Pools and DaMacai at 7.00pm on a Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday every week with a Special Draw also occurring generally on 2 Tuesdays each week.
DMC Jackpot – DaMaCai Jackpot
January 22nd 2014 saw the introduction of yet another new game – the DaMaCai Jackpot – which the Pan Malaysia Pools saw as a further toto to offer players chances to win bigger than average prizes.
Playing the DMC Jackpot invloves picking 2 sets of numbers – first of all a 1 3D number which is then followed by a 3D number.
Therefore – your 4 Digit number should be between 0000 and 9999 and your 3 Digit number should be between 000 and 999.
The minimum top prize to be won on the Da Ma Cai Jackpot is a cool RM 1.8 MILLION and this will rollover – increasing in size for every draw in which it is not won – and there is no maximum limit.
The DaMaCai Jackpot results are based upon both the 1 3D results and the 3D results. For example – the DMC Jackpot 1 top prize winning number will be made up of the 1 3D first prize winning number and the 3D second prize winning number.
The DaMaCai Jackpot 2nd prize – called Jackpot 2 – begins at a minimum of RM 100,000 and this will also rollover when not won.
There are a total of 6 separate prize categories offered by the DMC Jackpot making for many thousands of prizes to be won.
The biggest DMC Jackpot top prize won to date has been a massive RM 12,019,810.20 which was won on March 14th 2015.

Super 1 3D – DaMaCai Super 4D
The most recent game to be introuduced by Da Ma Cai and the Pan Malaysia Pools is the Super 1 3D which had its first draw on November 29th 2014.
The Super 1 3D is another variation on the standard 1 3D game with subtle differences that result in bigger prizes.
When playing Super 1 3D – you still need to pick your own number made up of 4 Digits from the number range 0000 to 9999 but unlike the standard 1 3D – you don't use BIG or SMALL bet types.
The other difference when playing Super 1 3D is that you must also choose a prize category for your selected 4 Digit number.
The winning Super 1 3D numbers are based on the standard 1 3D result and there are a total of 7 separate winning prize levels.
To win a Super 1 3D prize – you will need to match your 1 3D number in the exact order that it was drawn in the main 1 3D draw and also in the chosen prize category that you have selected.
Prize levels 1, 2 and 3 offer the biggest Super 1 3D prizes you can win – which are RM 6,500. You win this by correctly matching the 4 Digit number for the 1st, 2nd or 3rd prize – depending upon which prize category you have chosen – in the main 1 3D draw.
The 2nd largest prize you can win on the Super 1 3D is RM 2,168 – by successfully matching the 4 Digit number for any of the 1st, 2nd or 3rd prize winning numbers – no matter which of the 3 categories you have chosen – in the main 1 3D draw event.
The minimum bet is RM 1 to play the Super 1 3D and draws take place on Wednesdays, Saturdays, Sundays every week with Special Draws generally on 2 Tuesdays throughout the month.
